Shone’s Drones was established in early 2021 and is based near Mold in North Wales giving us excellent, fast access to most of the North West of England and North & Mid-Wales.
The company was born from our owner’s passion for both photography and aviation. The company aims to provide affordable, quality aerial services to local business and individuals.
All of our operators are CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) approved and hold A2 CofC qualifications. Our added edge comes from our background in aviation. Our founder and operators all work within the commercial aviation sector and have a wealth of background experience from commercial flight training, commercial operations and planning to airline experience.
Our founder and main operator, Ben, is currently an Airline Captain for a large UK based airline, and with this, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the business, with safety being our number one priority.
